This collection is every single I released in 2017 all in one convenient package! Except for five songs ("I Could Never Make You Love Me," "No Name Bossa," "Panavision Girl," "Thick and Thin," "You're Not Mine"), these were all written in 2017. I think this album presents a pretty complete picture of who I am, musically speaking. Consider it a homemade portfolio of sorts, an example of what I'm capable of with limited gear. Now just imagine what I could do with money and time in a real studio! Pretty exciting, right? Wow!

These are all songs I'm quite proud of in one way or another. "Everyone's In Love With You" really sounds like a should-be hit song! "All The Way" perfectly captures the Bobby Caldwell/Isley Brothers slow jam sound I was going for when I first mumbled the chorus into my phone a year or so ago. "Stranded" was one that when I wrote it I thought "man I may never write a better song than this," but then second-guessed myself because it's slow, it's sad, and it doesn't have drums. The single version didn't even have that snazzy little intro that this version has! But the feedback on that song was overwhelmingly positive and it reaffirmed it in my mind that it's certainly my best song to date. I know this sounds like I have a big ego, but more often than not I have almost no confidence so to be so sure of something I've made is really a rare event. And I was apparently right about it this time, too!

I don't have a whole lot more to say about these songs that I can sum up real nice and tidy, so I guess I'll just thank you for your support thus far and I hope to get your continued support for as long as I make music. But for now, enjoy this massive collection of pop, rock n roll, R&B, country and jazz! There's something here for everybody!
